01. FUNDAMENTALS:
This section provides a conceptual background on which later sections of the curriculum are built. It covers basics of the creed ('aqidat), knowledge, and creation. 
 
02. HISTORY & CIVILIZATON:
This section provides the student with a civilizational and historical dimension to be able to understand the complex human society in which medicine is Is practiced. It covers the start and cyclicity of human civilization, world history, and the history of the ummat.
 
03. BASIC MEDICAL SCIENCES:
This section provides a conceptual framework that enables the student to look at the human body as a well-cordinated entity with harmonious interactions among its various structures and systems as well as the external environment. All these are part of the biological miracle that points to the existence of a powerful and deliberate creator. It covers conceptual issues regarding the structure and function of the human organism
 
04. ETHICO-LEGAL BASIS OF MEDICINE:
This section equips the student with basic legal and ethical principles that can be used in analyzing and resolving controversial issues in medical practive especially those associated with advances in medical technology. It covers the theories and principles of medical ethics and medical law and their application to real-life problems.
 
05. MEDICAL JURISPRUDENCE I:
This section covers fiqhi issues regarding normal activities of life like reproduction and nutrition.
 
06. MEDICAL JURISPRUDENCE II:
This section covers fiqhi issues regarding disease conditions either systemic or organ-related.
 
07. CIVIL and FINANCIAL TRANSACTONS:
This section covers the fiqh of civil and financial transactions in relation to the practice of medicine
 
08. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT:
This section discusses institutions and problems of the community in relation to the practice of medicine
 
09. PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT:
This section coves motivation of a medical student and development of personal skills: social, intellectual, professional behavior etc
 
10. LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT:
This section equips the medical student with leadership skills that will be required of him as a future physician
